Last updated: 2026-08-19. This is a beta product notice. It does not replace the privacy policies of the model provider, connector or hosting service you choose.
1. What we process
AI Agent Console data includes configured employees, workspace paths, run records, memory, skills, approval records and the local SQLite database. Under the local-first architecture, these items are stored and managed by the Mac where you install the product rather than by a central AI Agent Console server.
2. What the model provider receives
When an agent needs model inference, the local app connects directly to the LLM provider you configure. To complete the current task, the request may include prompts, code excerpts you authorize, file contents, tool results, prior context and task metadata. The exact scope depends on the agent, skills and your configuration; follow the selected provider's terms and privacy policy.
You configure and protect your own API key. A model provider may retain, use or otherwise process requests under its product settings. This website does not promise that a provider will not train on requests or store them in a particular region.
3. External connectors and channels
When you configure and trigger GitHub, Feishu, MCP, Slack, TypeX or another external integration, information needed for that action is sent to the relevant service. Depending on your configuration and the service terms, this may include repository identifiers, messages, documents, task content or credential-related information. Grant only the workspace and permissions you need.
4. Memory, logs and deletion
Local memory, run records and audit information live in your workspace or local database. You can inspect, edit and delete them through the local console or filesystem; removing these files can affect history or employee behavior. Back up anything you need before deleting it.
5. This website
This website currently does not require an account, offer account login or payment flows, or present product telemetry as an available feature. The site may be hosted by Cloudflare Pages or another provider; hosting infrastructure may process necessary access logs under its own terms. The public site currently provides a beta access request entry; the download will be added after signing and notarization.
