Terms

Terms

These terms describe the AI Agent Console macOS beta boundary, BYOK responsibility and authorization of external systems.

Last updated: 2026-08-19. This is a template product-terms notice for the beta, not legal advice. Have counsel review it for the jurisdictions that apply before public release.

1. Beta service

AI Agent Console is currently offered as a macOS beta. Features, interfaces, setup and compatibility may change, and capabilities may be removed or require reconfiguration. The beta is not promised for production-critical paths and is not promised to be free of errors, loss or interruption.

2. Your model provider

The product uses BYOK (bring your own key) to connect to the LLM provider you select. You are responsible for protecting the key, choosing the model, complying with content rules and rate limits, and paying provider charges. AI Agent Console is not responsible for third-party output accuracy, availability or pricing changes.

3. Workspaces and writes

You may authorize agents only to workspaces, repositories and files you are allowed to access and modify. You are responsible for paths, branches, credentials, backups and final merges. Approval gates and Git worktree sandboxes are controls, not guarantees against every error, malicious input or external script; review diffs, commands and target environments before approving.

4. External integrations

You are responsible for accounts, permissions, content, bot configuration and sending behavior for GitHub, Feishu, MCP, Slack, TypeX and other external integrations. Follow those services' terms, grant no more permission than a task requires, and confirm that automated tasks will not send content to the wrong person or channel.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the product for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, infringement of another person's rights, or work that violates provider or connector rules. You are responsible for inputs, generated code, commands and outcomes.

6. Liability scope

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Unless separately agreed in writing, no warranties are made about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or absence of errors. Any liability cap and specific remedies should be set by formal legal documents; this page is not legal advice.
